It has been a while since I posted last, but with the revamp of my site going on, I felt it is time to get back in the game.The Supreme court has ruled that wireless companies cannot sue towns for denying applications for building wireless facilities. Cities cannot be sued for damages for refusing to permit a cell tower. We will see what this means to the development of new wireless sites. Over
